Skiing
I started skiing at age 9 at Plattekill Mountain in upstate New York and immediately fell in love with the sport. Over the past two winters, I've committed myself to becoming a proficient skier and instructor.

Rowing
I discovered rowing when I arrived in Rhinebeck at the end of 8th grade. The sport was completely new to me, but after learning what it entailed, I enrolled with my parents' help. That decision proved transformative. Now, as a core member of the Boys Varsity Crew Team, I savor every moment of our spring season on the Hudson.

Rockin' Rooks
I first played chess in 1st grade—though my gameplay wasn't exactly structured, I enjoyed it nonetheless. Last year, I rediscovered chess and realized I had a real aptitude for it. I sought out a chess club and joined immediately. Since then, I've been an active member, continually working to refine my strategy and deepen my understanding of the game.

Table Tennis
When I started at Rhinebeck, the competitive table tennis games at lunch captivated me. After sophomore year, I joined the Mid-Hudson Valley Table Tennis Club but wanted even more playing time, so I approached Starr Library about starting a club there. They enthusiastically agreed, and we've grown from one table and three regulars to three tables and eight players—we're slowly running out of room! Hosting this club has brought me incredible joy and unforgettable memories.
